Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 April 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the XRC Empire website and any orders you place with us. By using the site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

About us

“XRC Empire”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the operator of this storefront. Contact: contact@xrcempire.com.

Eligibility and UK shipping

You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction. Our delivery is intended for addresses in the United Kingdom unless we expressly state otherwise on the site. We may refuse or cancel orders that do not meet our shipping or eligibility requirements.

Products and availability

We aim to describe products accurately. Images and colours may vary by display device. All purchases are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, and correct pricing or description errors before or after an order is placed (in which case we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative where appropriate).

Orders and contract

When you complete checkout and payment is authorised, we will confirm acceptance in line with our processes (for example via order confirmation or fulfilment). A contract is formed when we accept your order. We may cancel orders in cases of fraud, stock issues, pricing errors, or other legitimate reasons; if we cancel after payment, we will refund you in accordance with applicable law.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payment is processed by our payment provider (for example Stripe). You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorise us and our payment partners to charge the applicable amount. We do not store your full card details on our own systems.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you in accordance with applicable law and carrier terms once the goods are delivered to the address you provided. You are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is correct.

Returns, refunds, and statutory rights

Your statutory rights as a consumer (including under UK consumer law where applicable) are not affected by these Terms. Where you have a legal right to cancel or return goods (for example the cooling-off period for distance contracts, subject to exceptions for certain personalised or sealed goods), we will honour those rights. For any returns policy we publish on the site, follow those instructions and contact us if you need help.

Intellectual property

All content on this site (including text, graphics, logos, and product imagery) is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or exploit it for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Disclaimer and liability

The site and services are provided on an “as is” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, data, or goodwill, except where such exclusion is not allowed. Our total liability arising out of any order is generally limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where the law requires otherwise.

Privacy

Our use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may change these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the site after changes may constitute acceptance where permitted by law. Material changes may require additional notice where required.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence.
